Welcome to Hill Valley! When Marty McFly finds himself transported back to 1955 in a time machine built by the eccentric scientist Doc Brown, he accidentally changes the course of history. Now, he’s in a race against time to fix the present, escape the past and send himself… back to the future.

The Restaurant 
Gaucho Covent Garden – Nestled in the heart of Covent Garden, Gaucho is a vibrant addition to one London’s most culturally significant areas. Drawing inspiration from the artistic spaces of Covent Garden and the passion-fuelled tango clubs of Buenos Aires, the restaurant is layered with iconic design statements that reflect the cultural roots of the locality, while the base palette draws influence from our Argentinian origins.

Starters

• Beef Tartare Tacos: Aji amarillo (Peruvian yellow pepper) crema, lemon zest, cornichons, shallots, parsley, chives, Tajin chili and lime seasoning.
• Prawn Aguachile: Avocado, grilled corn, orange, coriander, mint, aji amarillo (Peruvian yellow pepper), and ponzu dressing.
• Chicken Empanada: Served with salsa golf.
• Cucumber and Tomato Gazpacho: Heritage tomatoes, cucumber, yellow beetroot.
• Beef Carpaccio: Confit cherry tomatoes, aji amarillo (Peruvian yellow pepper) crema, crispy wonton strips, Tajin lime and chili spice mix.
• Salmon Tartare Tacos: Mango salsa, avocado.

Mains

• Seabream: Romesco sauce, pesto, grilled Tenderstem broccoli, lemon zest.
• Barbacoa-Glazed Salmon: Sesame tofu cream, red meat radish, coriander and mint salad.
• Chicken Milanese: Parmesan, chives, lemon zest.
• Spaghetti Romesco: Superstraccia, confit cherry tomatoes, basil.
• Barbecued Miso Aubergine: Popped quinoa, sesame tofu cream, pickled red onion, red meat radish, coriander salad.
• Classic Burger: 100% Argentine beef patties, brioche bun, cherry tomato jam, baby gem lettuce, onion, mayonnaise, chips.

Salads

• Peruvian Salmon Poke Bowl: Red and white quinoa salad, salmon tartare, aji amarillo dressing, red meat radish, yellow beetroot, pickled cucumber.
• Recoleta Salad: Baby gem, avocado, cherry tomatoes, grilled corn, aubergine, toasted seeds, aji amarillo (Peruvian yellow pepper) crema.
• Fillet Steak Salad: Quinoa, green beans, cucumber, red meat radish, mizuna, coriander, mint, lemon and olive oil dressing.

Desserts

• Roasted Pineapple: Light caramel sauce, coconut sorbet.
• Chocolate Sorbet: Poached cherries, Crème de Cassis, chocolate crumbs.
